COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The success of HOG HEAVEN and THE REVEREND clearly demonstrates that beer drinkers are willing to embrace "BIGGER" beers. In the fall of 2001, we decided that a lighter BIG BEER would complement its darker colored predecessors. Salvation has luscious apricot and peach aromas delicately interwoven with spicy suggestions of nutmeg and cinnamon. This heavenly soft, champagne-like elixir is cellarable for 3 years.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with nice white head. Nice belgian spice in the nose. Taste is sweet with a little funk?

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Poured from tap to glass. Honey hue with soft white head. Aroma is banana, clove, esters, straw, honey, floral, slightly soapy. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium body and soft carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness throughout with a slight ethanol finish. Overall this is a nice Belgian.

backdaft (286) - Menasha Red Light District, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 31, 2014
Bomber. Pours a clear golden color. Thin white head leaves minimal lacing behind. Aroma is fruity, with Belgian yeasts and a certain breadiness. Flavor is on par with a citrus note present. A bit of resiny bitterness and a long sweet finish. Very smooth & drinkable @ 9 ABV. Nicely done.

Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - MAY 13, 2014
Pours a thin head on a clear straw body. The aroma is apricots, banana, grains and butterscotch. Pleasant. The taste starts sweet and gets sweeter. It has a long sweet finish. The texture is sticky with moderate carbonation. It’s too sweet without depth.

A spiced Belgian with a moderate palette perfect for lighting the charcoal for a steak dinner on a warm evening. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

LearninBeer (598) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - APR 20, 2014
The aroma is a little bit clove, Belgium yeast but not too strong. Pours a clear orange/light copper with a nice white head mostly diminishing, good lacing. The taste is a medium bitter. The body is medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation soft and the finish bitter. A very good beer, very well balanced.

Lemke10 (981) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 31, 2014
This pours a semi-cloudy golden yellow color with a slight off-white head containing floaties. The aroma is inviting with a mixture of banana and yeast. The taste is smooth with citrus and bready tones. The characteristics are very true to the Belgian style. This is interesting, well made, and easy to drink.
