Hazy burnt orange, brownish pour with a one finger, creamy beige head that has good retention. Aroma is caramel, doughy yeast, fruity esters, dark fruit, toasty vanilla, dried and cooked orange, and some earth cooked root vegetables. Flavor is dark fruit, bourbon, and bread crust up front, some cooked citrus, caramel, dark fruit, molasses and a bit of banana. Medium to heavy body, medium, blanketing carbonation, slightly chewy feel. Good, not great; kinda plain for the description.

22 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. The beer is a clear amber with a frothy head of beige foam. The aroma has a strong toasted character, juicy citrus, dark chocolate. Taste has more of a sweet, raisin character to it. Bigger body, moderate carbonation, and a velvety mouthfeel.

Hazy deep amber color with a thin beige cap. Big huge tangerine zest/rind nose thats citrusy and dark Belgian malty with a little raisin and fig nuances. Brisk full flavor thats dark malty with loads of tangerine flavors with date and white raisin, a little sugary Belgian dark malty tones and light bourbon nuances at the back end. Really complex and flavorful, dark and belgianish sweet with a mellow fruity bourbonish finish.

22 oz. bottle, shared by Chad. Ruby-brown color, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is butter toffee, milk chocolate, dates, vanilla, and the perfect amount of citrus that pops up towards the finish. Big, malty, and yeasty sweetness, with a mild background bitterness. Fairly heavy body, with a smooth, rich, and velvety mouthfeel and a clean finish. This is an excellent variation. Reminiscent of a chocolate orange, with a brilliant aroma and very nice flavor and palate. I could drink a lot of this...

Pours nice and amber with a small head. It has a medium body with mild carbonation. It has brown sugar, tangerines, caramel, vanilla and some spice. The richness of the quad and citrus blends quite nicely.

Pachnie fajnie. Gorgonzola (serio!), mandarynki, wanilia i Bourbon. W smaku niestety dość mocno wodniste i puste, a na finiszu zostaje tylko Bourbon.

Butelka w Chmielarni na Marszałkowskiej. Swietny aromat, mandarynka, wanilia, figi. Smak dosyć słodki, tutaj podobnie jak w aromacie, karmel, skrka pomarańczy. Trochę brakuje ciała, ale jest naprawdę pyszne.

Maybe one of the best quads Ive ever had. Almost no alcohol detected aside from the bourbon notes. Everything works in this, the tangerine, the barrel.... Aromas of vanilla, citrus, dried fruit, bread. Tangy, sweet, rich. Amazing stuff.
