Backlog. Deep orange with beige head. Loads of tangerine, both zest and fruit, some dry wood, caramel. Pretty harsh and unbalanced. Tangerine is totally overpowering. FROTHINGSLOSH (8362) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 17, 2018
Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a nut brown color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was boozy with cheap whiskey, mint, tangerine, caramel and leather. The flavor was caramel, raisin, cheap whiskey, leather and a light citric note. Long finish. Medium body. Quite disappointing. Chrisd180 (46) - - DEC 23, 2017
Picked up this gem at the Avery brewery. You can definitely taste that it’s a 10% Beer with the first couple of sips, but it mellows as you get into it..

hazy brown, smooth light brown head.
herbal flowery and citrussy aroma. quite herbal.
flavor is boozy, sort of belgian, but lacking the belgian yeast part, artificial candy notes, coconut, too clean, leave this art to the belgians. anders37 (27892) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2017

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours clear deep amber with a small head.Aroma of mild tangerine, caramel and bourbon. Taste is sweet caramel, burning alcohol with notes of vanilla and bourbon, soft carbonated, complex and good quad who gets better as it gets warmer, more soft and the alcohol is nice integrated.

Sample at Beer Meets Wood on 09/23/2017. Dark amber color with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit, oak and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, dark fruit, vanilla and oak. The finish is oaky and fruity with a bourbon aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around. Served from 16 ounce Prowler.
It pours a clear deep amber, the head of foam is aboot a fingers worth.
The smell is of caramel malt, bourbon and vanilla.
Caramel malt and bourbon taste, vanilla, and dark fruits. Alcohol is noticeable.
Only medium bodied, lightish carbonation.
Interesting "Quad ". Not something I would yearn for after sipping on the first 8 ounces but not a dull offering for sure. Inbreak (6825) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - OCT 18, 2017
