Bottle shared at home. Near clear dark amber with an off white head. Aroma of butterscotch, vanilla, caramel, oak, bourbon, caramelized oranges and booze. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with alcohol warmth and soft carbonation.

mariuspoenari (2724) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 29, 2017
Bottle shared. Dark caramel pour with a thin off-white head. Tons of caramelized tangerines up front, followed by caramel, toffee, caramelized fruit candy, light bourbon. Complex and sweet.

jefcon (1884) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - JUL 29, 2017
Tangerine and orange aromas, with a quick whiff of vanilla and band-aid. Warm bourbon and a bright citrus profile are immediately balanced on the palate, and this beer really works because the tight carbonation lifts the beer toward a light finish. Pleasant and warming.

Mark_Eck (1998) - - JUL 26, 2017
Bottle. Pours an orangish copper. Aroma and taste are citrus, dark fruits, bourbon, and toffee.

tgncc (3135) - Bellmore, New York, USA - JUL 9, 2017
The aroma is orange, bourbon, caramel. The appearance is deep amber, thin head. The flavor is citrus, orange, bourbon, caramel, vanilla. The finish is orange, bourbon. Medium thick in body. Nice.

Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2017
Bright dark amber, thin head. Aroma has some heavier phenols...plastics and maybe some higher alcohols, along with a mellow indistinct fruit. Sticky, light tangerine that fails to complement the heavier quad notes, which are a mellower version of what’s on the nose.

mcberko (18082) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 27, 2017
Bottle at PIB 2017, pours a hazy chestnut brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, light red fruits, and toasted caramel. Flavour is more expressive on the citrus, with light toasted nuts, tangerine fruitiness and a touch of toffee. Not really getting a lot of barrel. Not very quad-like, but it’s a tasty treat.

maley1 (1298) - Calgary, CANADA - JUN 25, 2017
Deep orange pour with small off white head. Aroma of caramel, vanilla, dark fruits and bourbon. Taste of caramel, toffee, dark fruits, vanilla, hops, slight bourbon and faint tangerine. Full bodied, softer carbonation, beautifully balanced.

Beerdedone (3408) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2017
Bottle. Pours a deep orange amber with a small lacy beige head. Aroma of juicy tangerine, citrus, caramel, bourbon and vanilla. Flavor of big tangerine, caramel, dark fruit, light bourbon, vanilla and raisins. decent quad.
