Light citrus fruits, orange, orange peel. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Medium bitter. Intense zesty citrus fruits, orange, tangerine, orange peel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice. Keg at the brewery, Boulder.

Super potent aroma citrus zest aroma. Lots of tangerine and grapefruit. Pours golden with a thick white head. Bitterness is a little off balance and lingers longer that expected.

Avery's orange-colored The Real Peel is definitely on the pithier side of the tropical IPA. This brew has a distinctly zesty flavor, but the balance works well. The malt has a somewhat doughy character that keeps the hops and tangerine peel from becoming overly bitter. Tangy feel. This is a well-done IPA, but it won't be for everyone.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8142) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 28, 2017
Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left great lacing. The aroma was orange peel, medicine, and strangely tomato juice. The flavor was tart, dry and bitter with orange peel, lemon, medicine and tomato juice. Long finish. Medium body. Odd.

12 ounce can, canned June 14th. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold, oodles of foam and lacing. Smells of tangerines, oranges, bitter but with a hint of tartness. Some bread barely noticeable. Bitter from the tangerine peels but also has suggestive tart notes, light bread, really fruity and bitter finish. Mouthfeel is top notch. Very flavourfull and different IPA. I like.

At the brewery in Boulder with Marissa , Zach and Audrie, pours a light golden color with a beige head. Nose is citrus with softer pine and resin. Taste is citrus with a predominance of sweet tangerine. Finishes on the sweet tangerine notes. Nice ! Quaff Score 7 / 10....7-3-7-3-17

Can. Citrus aroma, with a touch of sweetness. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with a thin white head. The tangerine comes forward in the flavor, more hops are needed. There’s a mild bitter finish, and a full body.
