22oz Bottle. The pour was a clear medium reddish brown with a small (less than 1 finger) khaki colored head, which reduced to a large puddle and collar and possessed awesome sheets of lacing that totally engulfed the entire glass.
The aroma was of toasted Belgian malts, light floral hops and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of candi sugar, molasses, coriander and dark fruit (black cherry, currant and raisons).
The taste was moderately sweet and extremely malty with hints of molasses and candi sugar early on, progressing with a mild yeast presence, a somewhat bold fruitiness and a light spicy ending. The flavor stayed with you for a decently long while following the swallow, with a fruity spiciness left to linger on for a while longer.
Mouthfeel was somewhere in between light and medium in body with a thin creamy texture and a nice lively carbonation.
Overall this was a really good tasting beer, which had a good bold fruitiness along with a nice malty sweetness and a touch of spice, making it very enjoyable and easy to drink. Definitely a fine well rounded brew... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

How: 12 ounce bottle.
Appearance pours a clear dark copper color, 1-2 fingers of white head, sticky lacing. Aroma is dark sugars and darker fruits. Taste is rich and malty to open, lots of caramel and molasses flavors give it a semi-sweet start, lots of overripe dark fruits, raisins and plum. Some hops for spiciness and bittering comes into play later. Palate is well carbonated.... sticky and warming. Overall a pretty solid Quad from Avery. can @ Cork ’n Bottle / Crescent Springs KY --- Aroma of dark malt and alcohol. Hazy amber brown, beige head that drops quickly to a thin cover, hanging webs of lace. Taste is dark, lightly roasted malt, medium carbonation, and lightly spiced bitters that eventually yield to alcohol. A full-bodied brew, well-balanced and smooth from start to finish. Recommended. Pretty good beer. There’s definitely something of about it after the first one. It’s just too hard to get through and too warm. Very much an artsy fartsy beer for the in-crowd. At first I was very pulled in by the cherries, but I hate how this beer hangs on you. It’s like, no matter how cold it is, it’s always warm. And the taste is weird, it doesn’t know what it wants to be. It tastes like a saison and acts like a saison. Instead it’s a quadrupel, and definitely the weakest I’ve had.
