Wheat aroma on this cloudy yellow pour. Ample foamy white head. Light watery flavor with hints of wheat flavor.

This is a pretty passable, but drinkable white. Its best quality is its unremarkableness. Its a pretty bland Belgian Wit, some hints of grassy wheat. Pours with a pretty bland flat white head. Slightly sweet, but nothing exciting. (Bottle Pour 4/1/2007)

12-oz. Cloudy dark straw body with a thin white film of head that settles to the most minimal of lacing. Slight funk and plenty of sugar in the nose; theres some definite yeasty tang in the attack and all the way through to the finish but its not sour or sharp. Tingly carb. Borderline sweet and fizzy but it stays just on the drinkable side. Not one to inspire a lot of high-volume consumption, but its a solid little beer thats somewhere in the zip code of the style. Quaffable.

Pours a hazy lighter golden color with a white head. Aroma is of lemon, citrus, spices, and wheat. Flavor is mostly of citrus and coriander with some lemon and wheat in the background. Ive had better witbiers, but this one is okay.

Draft. Beautiful yellow. Decent head that went away quickly. Light taste - not quite complex enough. Nice beer to have n early spring.

Hazy yellow hue, with an off-white head, yeasty, wheaty, spicy nose of coriander spiciness, juicy lemony, citrus fruitiness, with some curaao notes, faint floral hop in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, crisp zesty citrusy, wheat malt character, with an orange peel accent, grapefruit and lemon fruitiness, with a spicy coriander note, leading towards a lemony acidic, hop bittering finish.

Bottle: Pours a hazy yellow with a large white head and sticky lacing. Nose is a bit of citrus, cloves, yeast, and sweets. Taste begins with the hints of spice, most noticable is coriander with some cloves. Some citrus notes, lemon, and malts. Overall, a nice witbier.

Dulled lemon pour with a bright white head the pretty much sticks around. Honey wheat, grassy hops, fresh bread, earthy yeast and sweet orange peel make up the fantastic nose. Softly carbed and full bodied is a good combo for the style. The coriander and wheat are in balance with the fruity esthers kicked up by the yeast, but unfortunately the body thins out into a watery finish. A bit more meat would be welcome. Good stuff anyways.

Bottle. Pale, pale straw. This beer is almost white. A slow careful pour leaves a modes white head and a clear beer. Wheat and yeast dominate the aroma, with the wheat smelling a bit raw. Light and spicy, with wheat dominating the flavor as well. This beer tastes about like it smells.
