White Rascal has a thin, white head, an opaque, yellow-gold appearance, racing, tight bubbles, and minimal glass lacing. Aroma is of sweet white bread and a trace of citrus. Taste is of sugar, white bread, spices, citrus, banana, bubble gum, and wheat malt. Mouthfeel is high medium to low heavy, and White Rascal finishes medium wet. RJT

Draft pour at at Henry’s on Ty. Have had this before, it’s about time I rated it. This is a solid wit. Light pour thin head. Smooth Witt.

2017/04/14 - Pour a cloudy deep gold colour with a fluffy white head that quickly reduces and leaves no lacing. Aroma is bready yeast, banana, bubblegum, clove, apricot and orange. Taste is more bready yeast, orange, coriander, clove, banana, bubble gum and light alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with sharp carbonation and a fruity, spiced finish. Pretty good. Simple and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Quite possibly my favorite beer. Lightly bitter, lightly sour, medium sweetness, very tasty.

Pale banana-yellow with fine sediment laced throughout and a velvety head about two fingers thick. Smell is cloves, banana, apricot, bubblegum. Flavor is midly spiced, a little sweet with a strong body and a fresh herbal aftertaste.

Sampled from a 16 oz draft pour at Spacebar, thanks Dad! Slightly hazy golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of straw, hay, wheat, malt, light citrus, herbs. Light banana, herbs, toasty notes, citrus. Light body with a dry finish.

12 oz can. Pours a cloudy pale yellow, with a huge white head that slowly fades, leaving decent lacing. Nose is orange and coriander. Taste is typical for witbier light, pleasant and definitely tasting the coriander and orange peel.

1 finger white head, bit of lacing. Can’t see a thing through this beer. Hazy, deep golden coloured. Aroma is sour grape, apple, slightly funky barnyard and spicyness. Taste follows the aroma and adds a hint of banana and bubblegum. Good, bready base. Unfortunately a bit lacking in taste. Good carbonation and nice, semi-oily mouthfeel. Overall,it’s a really refreshing beer for a hot summer day. It’s definitely not bad but so far, this style just doesn’t impress me.
