3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap @ the Avery Anniversary fest. Pours a hazy golden orange with a frothy white head. Nose punches you in the face with rosemary and herbal hops. Light bitterness in the finish. Very interesting brew.
On tap at the brewery 2014. Pours a cloudy gold with thick white head that lasts. The aroma is strong rosemary and pine. Medium body, citrus, pine, rosemary, light bitterness, very good. coachd (836) - Missouri, USA - DEC 27, 2015
Aroma is definitely Rosemary and lemon. Unique if not complex. Looks pretty standard. Taste is big time Rosemary with a little hop bitterness. It has a pine sol characteristic that I did not like. Palate is also standard. I wold not drink this again.

Clear bright golden with a thin sticky white head. Somewhat dank aroma with some earthy pine resins and something like earthy lavender or Rosemary. Smooth but bitter flavor with some big pine resins and Rosemary and grapefruit rind. Quite bitter but tempered with a biscuity pale ale maltiness. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - NOV 17, 2014
taster at Avery on 11/16/14. pours a deep golden with a white head. citrus, pine aromas with some rosemary. med body with a nice bitterness, citrus / pine hop flavors with rosemary. The spice doesn’t dominate the beer and lends a nice element. Bitter finish with more spice and citrus notes.

I love rosemary-wanted to give the nose and taste 9’s for that but didn’t b/c it was pretty one dimensional even though that one dimension is awesome. Smells just like rosemary with a little resiny and floral hops. Clear gold. Medium sweet malt, lots of rosemary, and then a piney hop finish. Novelty, but delicious. On tap at Avery Anniversary Party 8/7/11. Color is a hazy pale gold with carbonation is mellow giving a thin tight head. It has a lighter medium body with a light crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes in heavy with pine, like a fresh cut tree then grapefruit zest and pepper with a light soap taste coming in. After taste is almost dry with a harsh rosemary thing coming lingering. Overall its just not good, the rosemary overpowers in the end leaving you with some thing that would be better to marinate a lamb chop. Ratman197 (14838) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - AUG 8, 2011

Tap. Pours hazy gold with a large, creamy white head, medium-long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is rosemary, cereal and meal malt, faint woody hops. Flavor is spicy rosemary and pepper, moderate malt, lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation, low warmth. The addition of rosemary makes this a love or hate kind of beer, and I thought it was really nice.
