Draught at World of Beer. Pour is a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Chose this beer because of the name and provenance (being from NC). Taste is a little sticky...wheat with a bit of citrus fruit. Not what I was expecting from the title (somehow I don’t imagine the devil drinking a Belgian Ale on his tramping grounds) but an acceptable beer for the style nonetheless.

330 ml can. Pours with a clear golden color and a nice white head, which unfortunatly disappears very fast. The nose is yeasty, hops, some citrus fruit, some malts and as the beer gets warmer, some chocolate aroma. Taste ist Begian yeast, bananas, citrus. Slightly some herns. Carbonation is ok. I expected a stronger taste (w/ alcohol).

Aroma: Belgian phenols and sweet notes. Appearance: golden color and white head. Taste: sweet notes, Belgian phenols, peachy, sweet notes, warming alcohol, semi-sweet. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation. Overall: not so bad, should be more Belgian.

Can at home. Pours light hazy gold, cream head, lacing. Light alcohol, caramel malts, belgian yeasts, yellow mature fruit, hint of balsamic, cream, butterscotch, almonds, oatmeal cakes. Very drinkable, cereal, caramel malts, nutty, yellow fruit, light balsamic aftertaste.

355ml Dose. Trüb gelbes Bier, heller Schaum. Süss-alkoholischer Geruch.

12 oz can poured into a tulip. Courtesy of a friend, thanks Mike! Nice clear golden orange with a bit over a finger of off-white head. Aromas of herb, yeast, a little banana, a little alcohol. Tastes of herbs, spice, some banana, a little citrus, some malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty easy to knock back for around 9%.

Light yellow and very clear. Sweet aroma, bubble gum and cherry flavor with a dry finish and some alcohol burning. Nice try, but doesn't quite feel like a proper Belgian Tripel ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Very bad fermented vegetable/fruit nose. Cloudy yellow, offwhite white lace. Light body, dry shit, caramel, roast. Less exiting finish.

Clear yellow with little white head. Aroma is some butter, citrus, lemon, bubblegum, light fruits, maybe banana, some red berries. Taste is honey sweetness. Not much else. Heavy malty almost spicy stuff in the finish. Not bad.
