12 oz can. Pours clear orangish color with off white head. Aromas of citrus and caramel malts. Flavors of grapefruit and tangerine with some sweet caramel malts. Medium body with average carbonation. guzzler67 (1696) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - MAR 20, 2014
Hazed, gold/amber appearance with a large, creamy, off white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops obscure the pale malts. Taste follows the same pattern, but more resinous. Only a hint of aweet malts hide in the background. Lingering aftertaste is dry and bitter with a medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. I like what this is; a straightforward, hopcentric, locally produced IPA with a solid alcohol presence. Just wish it were available in my area. Can, thanks to Leighton at my 5K tasting. It pours clear golden-orange with a thick off-white head. The nose is juicy orange, mandarin, pine, marmalade, prickly alcohol and dough. The taste is orange, grapefruit, good bitterness, light dough, pepper, resin, light grass and some alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Solid IPA. mike5326 (1780) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Poured from a tap. Clear golden color, nice white medium head. Great floral hops essence. Nice complexity to the flavor, medium body with a slight floral hop taste and a Creme de mint Character and a nice finish.

12oz can. Orange color, white foam with superb lacing. Nose is with mixed berries, earthy grains, herbal hops. Taste like and American IPA. Flavor of caramel and biscuit malts, lightly toasted grains. Hops flavor is very pleasing to the palate. Not overly bitter, well balanced. A little too high of an ABV, but goes down like a session ale. (3966)
