COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA uses Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, and is further dry hopped with Magnum and Willamette. 2-Row Pale, Vienna and Crystal malts balance nicely, resulting in a bright, citrus forward flavor.

355ml can. Pours light golden with lot of yeast particles suspended. Slightly off white head. Smells of sweet malts, light citrus and sweet fruits, grassy hops notes. Taste is sweet malts ,very light citrus and a lot of resinous, vegetal, grassy bitter hops. Absolutely not a fruit juice like IPA, very long dry finish, excellent hoppy flavors and aftertaste.

It poured a clear dark gold color with a white head. The aroma was of hops and citrus. The taste was bitter, hops, citrus, pine, caramel and a dry, long hoppy finish. Nice.

Bella ipa dal gusto intenso, dominato da note fruttate seducenti che si intrecciano in modo molto elegante con lo sfondo maltato, caratterizzato da sfumature leggermente caramellate e dolci. Amaro intenso e persistente. Buonissima!

Bellissima IPA americana colore arancia con scbkuma cremosa e compatta. Aromi di frutta tropicale e resina. In bocca corpo medio alto. Bilanciata benissimo tra amaro del luppolo e la dolcezza caramellosa del malto. Sapore agrumato, fruttato, resinoso e floreale. Birra d’avvero buona e beverina!

Hazed, gold/amber appearance with a large, creamy, off white head and good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops obscure the pale malts. Taste follows the same pattern, but more resinous. Only a hint of aweet malts hide in the background. Lingering aftertaste is dry and bitter with a medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. I like what this is; a straightforward, hopcentric, locally produced IPA with a solid alcohol presence. Just wish it were available in my area.

Light to medium sweet with mellow anise, bitter orange rind, mild pine. Medium bdoied with fine carbonation. Rindy bitter finish with basic pale malts. OK.
