Our IPA uses Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, and is further dry hopped with Magnum and Willamette. 2-Row Pale, Vienna and Crystal malts balance nicely, resulting in a bright, citrus forward flavor.

Draft. Pours a darker golden color, thin tan head. One of the better aromas in my opinion, really enjoyed it - floral, grass, pine, citrus, and touch of berry. Medium sweet flavor. Medium body, average carb, medium bitter hop finish. Best offering from Aviator with this well-round IPA.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a golden bronzed color with a slight transparency about it. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a fingers worth of white foamy head. Light messy sliding lace. The aroma had a bright sweet to bitter grassy and citrusy hoppiness up front with an ever so slight malt base in the background. The flavor had the hoppy bitterness up front and kept the maltiness in the backbone fairly nice - some sweetness, but not too much. Decent little aftertaste blending the malts and hops. Not much of a finish, somewhat bitter. The feel was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine. Overall, pretty good AIPA that I could have again if I could get it again.

12oz Dose. Danke an MBlessing. Oranges Bier, flchtiger Schaum. Harziger Hopfenduft. Etwas "cheesy". Der Geschmack ist deutlich kraraktervoller. Harz, Pinie, Mandelkern.

Can. Aroma and tongue is Vienna malt and herbal, pine, spicy hop. Super bitter with a lingering but on the tongue. Im usually pro bitter, but I really wasnt digging it. No citrus whatsoever in this one. Just not my flavor profile.

Classic west coast hop aroma. Lots of pine, resin, orange, grapefruit and earthy notes. Taste follows with bitter orange peel, pine resin, earthy hop notes and grapefruit aftertaste. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Overall its a really classic, well made IPA. Bitter, hoppy and tasty.
