COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
. This style is a Belgian wheat beer spiced with coriander and sweet orange peel. An unfiltered golden colored ale with a fruity trappist yeast. A crowd pleaser. Great beer to pick up your spirits after mowing the lawn. Or to get your head working better after a days work in the old cube farm. SRM: 8

An ok saison. A slight farmhouse flavoring and a bit of spices. No distinct tartness and light carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light golden in appearance with a white head. Subtle fruity esters with a bit of spice.

From a 12 oz can. Clear amber body with a fine, foamy white head. As usual for style, this tastes better than it smells, but the aroma is relatively good. Medium-high but soft carbonation. Medium body.

Thanks to John for the can! Pours a golden color with a slight haze and cream colored head. The smell is earthy spice, orange, fruit. The taste is Sweet toasted malt, fruit, spice ending very dry. Light+ in body with active carbonation. Too sweet!

Not a great saison…a little sticky and unbalanced. Dark gold-amber. An awful lot of clove spice and sweet malts. Lacked the crispness and subtle spices of a good saison. Pass.

Very light smell that is slightly fruity, taste is smooth very slightly sweet malt, hint of fruit and sweetness in the beginning that turns a bit bitter on finish..good at first but finish is dry and a touch too hoppy

can @ Habersham Beverage / Savannah GA --- Clear dark amber with an interesting funnel cloud down the center, good tan head cover, strings and waves of lace. Taste is malt and spices (but not coriander). Everything doesn’t seem to be in sync which diminishes the overall experience. Not exactly a Saiaon, but not an ale either. Not classifiable, not balanced, not good.

On draft at the brewery last June. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Spicy nose and fruity taste. Slightly sweet and malty in the finish. Ok.

Orange pour with a huge white head. The aroma has some juicy orange character as well as some coriander. The flavor is similar. I get some pithy orange as well as some coriander and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Can. Pours deep gold with a small white head. Aroma is orange peel, spice, light yeast. Flavor is roasted almonds, wait, no -- that’s the roasted almonds I’m eating. The beer’s flavor is clove, coriander, orange peel, light wheat notes, yeasty. Mildly sweet, moderately bitter. Mouthfeel is medium but tongue-coating. Missing the fine, spritzy carbonation of a classic saison.
