. This style is a Belgian wheat beer spiced with coriander and sweet orange peel. An unfiltered golden colored ale with a fruity trappist yeast. A crowd pleaser. Great beer to pick up your spirits after mowing the lawn. Or to get your head working better after a days work in the old cube farm. SRM: 8

12oz can from The Beer Store Wilson. Dark orange hue, murky clarity with mostly diminishing white frothy head. Spice, malt (as warms) aromas. Strong spice (clove cigarette) up front with the same short light finish. Soft carbonation, oily texture. Pretty good, I still don’t have much to compare it too.

Bottle. Pours an orange color with white head. Quite foamy. Yeasty, spicy, malty, slight fruity aromas. Yeasty, apricot, spicy, malty flavors. Kind of dirty beer.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2014 22oz Bottle. The pour was a clear medium orange with an average (1-2 finger) white pillowy head that settled down to a thick film which lasted throughout and possessed excellent sheets of sticky lacing.

The aroma was of light grain malts, floral hops and a funky Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (orange), coriander, and a somewhat mild fruity ester (banana and apple).

The taste was yeasty right off the bat with a lightly sweet acidic presence and a touch of citrus which was present throughout, the finish was lightly bitter with a hint of citrus peel, a very light tartness and a bit of fruity spiciness at the end. The flavor lingered for a good long while following the swallow, with a nice yeasty spicy taste staying on the taste buds for a tad longer.

Mouthfeel was just beyond light in body and dry in texture with a bold and lively carbonation.

Overall I personally thought this was a rather impressive tasting Saison with a mild fruity bitterness and a spicy yeast taste that finished off this brew wonderfully, making it a very enjoyable drinking experience... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

(Rating #5480)

Bomber from Bestway, Greensboro. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a tan fizzy head that instantly fades. Aroma of bready malts, earth, heavy spice, coriander mostly with a bit of pepper. The taste is bready malts, dry fruits, dried fruits, spicy finish. Medium bodied, fairly dry. Solid.

Aroma of spice and fruit, bright golden color. Thin body, mild sweet taste and light spice finish. Not my favorite style but this one was pretty good.

Tempting aroma with a darker than expected appearance, changing taste of muted floral notes and a sticky mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
