My favorite for the night, fragrant aroma, light clear golden color, no head or lacing, clean and fresh, some alcoholoic notes and grapes brewski519 (644) - Morrisville, North Carolina, USA - AUG 1, 2009
Draft - pours a cloudy dark yellow with a thin whitish head. Aroma of flowers, hops, yeast and fruit. Taste of floral hops, sour fruit (apricot), yeast and coriander... I really enjoyed this beer. My wife loved it. Solid selection I am glad we tried.
Draught in Raleigh. Pours golden-orange with a small white head. Aroma is wheat malt, coriander, bit of yeast, some sweet fruit notes. Flavor is mainly wheat malt and coriander as well, sort of witbier-ish. Hint of funkiness, though not very saisony really. Nonetheless, enjoyable.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2014 22oz Bottle. The pour was a clear medium orange with an average (1-2 finger) white pillowy head that settled down to a thick film which lasted throughout and possessed excellent sheets of sticky lacing.

The aroma was of light grain malts, floral hops and a funky Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (orange), coriander, and a somewhat mild fruity ester (banana and apple).
The taste was yeasty right off the bat with a lightly sweet acidic presence and a touch of citrus which was present throughout, the finish was lightly bitter with a hint of citrus peel, a very light tartness and a bit of fruity spiciness at the end. The flavor lingered for a good long while following the swallow, with a nice yeasty spicy taste staying on the taste buds for a tad longer.
Mouthfeel was just beyond light in body and dry in texture with a bold and lively carbonation.
Overall I personally thought this was a rather impressive tasting Saison with a mild fruity bitterness and a spicy yeast taste that finished off this brew wonderfully, making it a very enjoyable drinking experience... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
12oz can from The Beer Store Wilson. Dark orange hue, murky clarity with mostly diminishing white frothy head. Spice, malt (as warms) aromas. Strong spice (clove cigarette) up front with the same short light finish. Soft carbonation, oily texture. Pretty good, I still don’t have much to compare it too. Bomber from Bestway, Greensboro. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a tan fizzy head that instantly fades. Aroma of bready malts, earth, heavy spice, coriander mostly with a bit of pepper. The taste is bready malts, dry fruits, dried fruits, spicy finish. Medium bodied, fairly dry. Solid. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - APR 18, 2011
on tap at Aviator Taphouse. 03/04/11. Good aroma, sweet, spice. Grainy, bready, little funk and spice, Lemon, oregano, coriander, banana. Little hazed, golden orange color, good head and lace. Tart sweet flavor, Medium body, creamy smooth mouthfeel, dry finish. Good, has it’s own signature, wheat gives it an extra boost. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - AUG 24, 2011
Sucked a few of these back at King’s, Raleigh, while immersed in the molten sounds of the mighty YOB. Cloudy pale gold pour with a very thick head and a pretty lively carbonation. Soft yeasts and bready malts in the nose, with doses of dry hops and spice. Full, smooth mouthfeel with just a bit of playfulness on the palate. Taste is dominated by the same yeasts and malts familiar from their tripel, and really comes across more like a biere de garde. But I thought it was okay overall.
