Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light dark honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fresh honey sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottled. A dark amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and fruit, leading to a dry finish.joergen (28103) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2006

A dark amber beer with a fine beige collapsing but lazing head. The aroma is dominated by flowers and caramel but also contains honey and oranges. The flavor is very flowery combined with light notes of alcohol and a woody spicy end. I believe the floweriness stems from the honey.
Clear orange coloured with a white head.
Aroma of fruits, coriander and spices.
Very sweet flavour of fruits and spices. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear amber with a lively off-white head. Sweet fruity nose. Medium body, fruit and caramel with a metallic note. The honey notes are present but come late. No real hoppiness. 200210 Beerhunter111 (20467) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2014

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is sweet malty and yeasty. Flavor is strong of liquorice, alcohol, yeast and honey. Not as sweet as feared and works ok. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010
Bottle, 6.0%. Mild sewer aroma. Cloudy grey amber colour. Small tan head. The flavour is a little sweet, sugary. Not much else, hard to taste much honey, might as well be unrefined sugar. HenrikSoegaard (14166) - Randers, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2012

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2004 dark orange colour, nice creamy head, fat honeyish aroma, malty and vinous, smooth with an initial sweetness followed by a bitter-acid finish in a long honeyish aftertaste - balanced and well-made; thanks to BierKönig for this one kevnic2008 (11996) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - JUL 11, 2012
