Growler. Pours a nice hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma heavy on the spices, light on the alcohol which is very well hidden. Flavor is yeasty, bready, overy good example of the style without the sweetness that I find off-putting in so many US versions of the style. Very solid beer. Easy to drink and easy to like. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JAN 21, 2012
Draft. Pours a clear golden with a medium-sized white head. Aroma and flavor are quite malty, honey, some fruity esters, a clean bitterness, restrained Belgian funk, but also a pronounced yeasty quality. Quite good. LilBeerDoctor (4231) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with a thin rim of head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, bitter melon rind, clove, peppery spices. Flavor is a little sweeter with light fruits, citrus, and lemon with buttery, bready malt and spices. Tasty triple - alcohol is not apparent!

Almost orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Brown sugar, rock candy, and sweet malt aromas. Super sweet start, rock candy sweet after taste and a light floral bitter. Medium body with good carbonation. Cybercat (6340) - Georgia, USA - JUL 15, 2017
Pours clear golden with a nice beige head. Aroma features toasted malt and woody hops, not strong but inviting. Flavor bursts with toasted malt, apple, pear and woody notes for a pleasing tripel. Mouthfeel presents good body and lively fizz. Follow the elephant.
