From a 33 cl bottle shared at the RateBeer mini tasting in Dec 2015. Pours a clear cola with a tan head. Slight chocolate nose. Flavors of vanilla and leather. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 7, 2015
12oz can in a tulip. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of light vanilla, light roasted malts and chocolate, pale malts, and some light dough. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. Not bad, but sort of boring. DocJitsu (1969) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2015
Dark brown pour with a dark tan half finger head. Coffee, roasted nuts, and sweet vanilla nose. Flavors don’t deviate much from the nose. Gets pretty bitter at the finish in spite of the sweetness in the nose.

Growler from Hop City poured into a sweet Marriott cup. Great dark brown pour with a nice brown head that lasts. Aroma is bitter coffee and chocolate with some malt sweetness. Flavor is mostly bitter espresso but a hint of Mexican vanilla. Nice. PorterPounder (7884) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 4, 2015

Draft @ Mugshots, BHM. Nice aroma of roasty and a little vanilla. Dark and opaque, with a touch of reddish brown on the edges. Tan head, but quickly dissipates. Nice balance of vanilla and chocolate malt. Full bodied. Overall a really good vanilla porter! Tastes very similar to mine, but maybe a touch less vanilla. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - JAN 28, 2015
1/28/15. On tap at Cooter Brown’s, Jacksonville, AL. Black pour with a small tan head, mild lacing. Nice aroma, good porter aspects, malty, nutty, smooth chocolate, a little roast, subtle vanilla. Good flavor, vanilla shines a little more, milk chocolate, roast pops a little more with a hint of hop bitterness to balance it out. Maybe a little light bodied, could be silkier, but it actually suits it and goes down well. Much better than the wheat can I tried. Travlr (24261) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 21, 2014
Draft. Dark maroon briwn color, brown head. Nice aroma of vanilla, dates, plums. Taste has more canilla, coffee, dark fruit. Tasty.
