Bottle. Poured a murky amber with a medium sized white creamy head that had excellent lacing. The aroma was heavy of bread malts with a meaty doughy yeast scent and hints of citrus. It tasted very yeasty with notes of citrus at first and finished with a nice malty yeast flavor with a nice note of citrus and left the flavor lingering for a nice while. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and very creamy in texture and had a soft carbination. Overall an exquisit representation of this style, very nice with a slice of lemon.

Bottle - Opaque yellow beer. Yeasty ripe banana aroma. Nice balanced taste - clean. Light sweetness. This quite a subtle wheat beer and better for it. Good on the palate - slightly creamy, medium body, soft carbonation.

Part of the LCBO 2017 Summer Program, I was eager to try this one. Although one of the best in its class, I did find it a bit watery. A must try. thejackpacker (730) - East Sussex, ENGLAND - DEC 24, 2017
Bottle from German beersupermarket. A decent beer, felt like a wheat lager more than most hefeweizen, a bit thin. aleksander9 (1927) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 22, 2017

Fles gekregen van Inoven. Het is een goudgeel troebel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige licht bittere smaak. GarrettB (1695) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 22, 2017
March 10th, 2015 - I have another Ayinger up to bat tonight, and based on the quality of the Urweisse I'm very excited to give the Brauweisse a try. From bottle to glass, it gives a thick lapping sort of sound, and fills the glass with a thick, soupy brew, and a sizeable head on top. The aroma is nice and spritzy, with lemon and lime, and enough carbonation to tickle the nostrils on every swoop into the brew's atmosphere. The palate is also light and fuzzy, with more of a lemon sheen and a short aftertaste - something like a shandy. Refreshing, but not so sweet as a shandy, this could rival other options as an after dinner treat.
