COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Increible. Bestial doppelbock. Cacao. Densa. Dulce y amarga en justo equilibrio. Lágrimas de júbilo.😅

Bottle from a liquor store near Leerdam, The Netherlands. The beer is very dark brown to black colored and has a cream colored and stable head, with very nice carbonation. The aroma is malty with notes of roasted malts and caramel, raisins, coffee and cacao. The taste is full bodied and sweet and starts with notes of roasted malts, toffee and caramel and goes to light bitter and dry with notes of coffee and chocolate and also a hint of spices. The finish is light bitter and dry with some warming alcohol.

Bottle. Clear dark red colour, creamy tan head. Rather sweet aroma of toffee, caramel, light molasses, raisins, red fruits, some bread. Taste is medium sweet and light+ bitter, of toffee, caramel, bread, red fruits, light molasses, brown sugar, roast. Medium+ body, soft to average carbonation, dry finish. Quite oily and smooth. Very good, with decent flavour depth, but not as great as expected.

From the tap is pours a dark cloudy, nutty brown-black. Sweet and complex. Has a kick but well hidden with the fruit and chcocolate profile it exhibits. But better on draft. Catch it if you can.

330ml bottle with goat. Scents of malt, caramel and cinimon. Pours a rich dark brown with a tan big head that dissipates over time. Moderate lacing. Tastes of dried fruit malt and cognac and a slight sour edge to keep it from being one dimensional. Oily mouthfeel. Very nice and I am a sucker for doppelbocks.

LazyPyro (1467) - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2017
0.33l bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a lasting creamy beige head. Strong dark malty aroma, dark fruits, caramel, sugar, liquorice. Taste is rich and malty, dark fruits and liquorice, sweet sugary caramel, hint of roastiness, light bitterness. Velvety smooth mouthfeel, medium body, soft carbonation. An astoundingly good beer, easy to see why it's best in its style.

One of my favorite beers. Perfect for a cold autumn/winter evening by the fire. Good in taste and not too heavy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
