COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a years aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

A great german dopplebock that has the true characters of the style. And you even get a little ornament too!

Two bottles - Ayinger Celebrator and Winter Bock - thanks to SinH4.

Winter Bock: 8/4/9/5/16 - Pours a dark, reddish brown with a medium, creamy, beige head. Promising aroma of red berries and dark malt, without being too roasty. Deep, fruity coffee notes, and hints of toffee, woody, hazelnut. A bit of alcohol in the back, but not boozy. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Straight and very well balanced. Silky, slender medium body with soft carbonation. An excellent brew. Feels almost light. Very smooth and just expertly balanced. Great. Celebrator: coming soon in an update.

Kolor: Brązowy. W 100% klarowny trunek.
Dominuje ciemne pieczywo, tosty, toffi i odrobina karmelu.
Wysycenie: Wysokie.
Podsumowanie:

Thanks YantarCoast. Murky deep chestnut brown. Moderate ivory head. Big caramel, brown bread, dark fruit, vinous notes on nose. Medium to full body. Rich malty taste. Complex. Caramel, very vinous still not that boozy. Dried fruit. Light bitterness. Very good

Bottle from systembolaget. A nice aroma of red wine, spiced red cabbage and Christmas. Foam quickly dissipates. I must say, it is obviously a quality beer but Im not such a fan. I find that it would be better with a little less Abv, it is a bit rough in the palate for what is supposedly a light beer style (personal preference ofc). A good experience in any case.
