COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a years aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Dark brown pour with a tight, tan head. Toasted bread hits you right away with a bit of dark fruits vanilla. Taste progresses from a malty vanilla character to a bitter dark chocolate to a dry, smoky roast, finishing with some subtle hops. Full and creamy on the palate. Phenomenal.

Not a fan of Doppelbock, but this is actually a nice one. Cant really say much about it, more than its a bit sweet and quite malty.

Nachgeschmack Sauerkirschen. Wasn Ding!

Bottle pour into tulip glass from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Appearance is clear dark ruby red with decent sparkle, finger-width quickly dissipating foamy light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is combination of toasted malts, earth, dark fruit, hints of chocolate and coffee, mild alcohol. Taste is toasted malts with dark fruits, light chocolate, balanced with earthy bitterness. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and balance of sweet and bitter, fairly dry finish. Overall, strong aroma and taste. Both complexity and balance.

Fabulosa.
