COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a years aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Deep brown pour with a thin tan head made of tight forming bubbles. Aroma is dark malts, molasses, brown sugar, and chocolate. Incredibly rich flavor. Dark roasted malt flavors, wood, hints of bitter chocolate. Delicious, rich, and refreshing all at the same time. Sets the standard for Dopplebocks.

Poured from a 500 ML bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Columbia, SC. The appearance is a black color with hints of red and has a medium sized tan head. The aroma is all malt, and that is wonderful. The taste matches the smell. An outstanding beer.

Bottle was behind the sixth door of by beer advent calendar. Appearance: Clear, dark brown liquid with a nice beige head, that is a bit coarse. Aroma: Malty and roasty aromas with hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Also a bit fruity and a little bit earthy. Taste: A good sweetness at first, which gets more and more pronounced, until it is supplemented by a subtle bitterness. Palate: Full body with an oily texture, average carbonation and a medium finish. Overall: A very good dark beer with good aromas and an excellent balance between sweetness and bitterness.

Cooler Drink. 0,33l Flasche von CITTI Kiel 😕...ich schme mich. Ca. 1,50.

Pours dark brown with a brown head. The head retention is good and there are ruby highlights in the color as well. There are significant malt aromas the reflect Maillard and toast. There is also alcohol that is noticeable and a wee bit of chocolate. There are flavors that are reflective of Maillard and toast. Hints of chocolate are present as well. There is a very slight herbal quality as well. Although the beer has some strength and alcohol warming, it is extremely smooth. Overall, this is a malt driven lager with some strength and a prime example of what a doppelbock should be.

Siirappinen, mutta ei liian makea. Jopa hieman kotikaljamainen maku. Hyvin paahtoa, suolaa, savua ja mmmi. Jlkimakua sopivasti kitker ja ljyinen.

Whiffs of yeasty bread, dark fruit, and toasted malts. Chewy, warming, notes of fig and plums, with a little bit of spice on the finish. Incredibly smooth beverage. Just enough hops and carbonation to keep this from getting cloying. Fantastic winter warmer.
