Bottle courtesy of Koelschtrinker, many thanks. Hazy pale yellow pour, tick and frothy white foam. Nose is bread, milled grains, chicken stable...very rustic and full of crumb. I like it! Mouth: Ayinger signature, a bit lactic, very velvet pepper feel, watery, grainy. The elegant and clean mouth does not mirror the rustic nose, which makes it a peculiar keller.

Pale yellow colored, clear, medium non lasting white head. Way too clear for a Naturtrub... Aroma is of grain, malt, sulphur, bit honey and some herbal notes. Taste is medium sweet grain malt and cereal, herbal grassy medium- bitterness, light honey, some butter, sulphur again, dry finish. Light+ bodied, lively carbonation. Quite sharp, disappointing. (bottle, shared with Ogi, Marko and franski)

Huge thanks to Koelschrinker’s friend whose name I managed to forget because I’m an idiot. :D Shared with franski, kajser and ogivlado. Extremely pale yellow, slightly tinged with... erm... yellow. Naturtrüb... eh... if you say so. Lazy carbonation. Small white head. Dry eggy aroma, slightly sourish. Vaguely offensive fecal note. Empty dry taste, herbal touch. maybe even a touch of alcohol. Empty, prickly carbonation. Vague eggy note. A huge disappointment. But serviceable as a session beer I guess.

Pours golden color, clear, almost brillant, with unstable foamy white head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: prevails grassy, slightly floral/Citrusy aroma of hops, supported with biscuit/grain like malt aroma. The same are flavors....Taste is slightly sweet and malty, with gentle bitter finish, which lingers omin aftertaste. Body is medium, carbonation also, texture is soft.

Skinnyviking (9644) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2016
Taster at Taphouse. Low fluffy lasting white head. Clear yellow golden body. Sweet malt grass aroma and flavor with little hops flavor, low carbonation and a short finish.

Draft at Ayinger Speis und Trank. Hazy yellow color, large big bubble white head. Aroma is bready with hay and maybe some diacetyl. Flavor is dry, rough, bready, a little buttery, only a touch of sweetness coming through, balanced by the slightest spicy hop. Medium body, average carbonation. Not Ayinger’s best, but let’s not get all bleeding heart/Mother Teresa about this - I’m in this for the tick. Sorry to destroy your faith in humanity.

MoritzF (10025) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 5, 2016
(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Slightly doughy pale malty aroma with delicately grainy spots, backed by herbal and slightly floral hoppy notes. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Slightly yeast-spicy and doughy pale malt character with a balanced herbal, slightly grassy and subtle flowery hops profile; quite lasting and rounded bitter hoppy and mildly sweet malty finish. Another goody from Aying. 05.III.16

SinH4 (5902) - Garching b. M?nchen, GERMANY - FEB 28, 2016
Yellow color with white head. Aroma is citrusy, spicy yeasts, fresh flowers and Frühlingswiese. Taste is typical Kellerbier-like, yeasty, a bit grainy. Smooth mouthfeel. Excellent!

Draft. Light straw yellow with small head. Aroma is malty, light hoppy. Flavour is malty, light bitter, short aftertaste. Body is light to medium, palate is watery. Slightly acidic. Harmless but refreshing, nice mouthfeel.
