mR_fr0g (12911) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2017
Bottle from Rewe, drank on a campingplatz outside Berlin. A bright clear golden yellow coloured pour with a a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is clean, cereal, lager notes, white bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft bready malts, hint of honey, leafy hop. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, ok. Decent clean lager, sweet bready action.

Cristobal37 (1176) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 14, 2017
Vom Fass at Ayingers Speis und Trank, Munich. Super clear no head or carbonation. Not much aroma either, maybe some faint hop. Light and easy malt forward helles, tiniest bit of bitterness, but almost none really. Simple straightforward bier. You dont expect huge flavor from the style but this one is really nice.

Piepenhenrich (591) - Steinbach, GERMANY - AUG 29, 2017
From bottle: Good, well-crafted Helles, fresh, mild taste. Among the better in its style.

Zlotta (3502) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - AUG 4, 2017
0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’ as ’Ayinger Lager Hell’, best before January 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, straw and slightest hints of citrus. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and traces of citrus, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Lonick (2509) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 4, 2017
Keg, 6 North, Edinburgh. Pours golden thin white head. Nose is citrus fruits and floral notes. Taste is lemon, slight zest, grass/hay, wet grass and some rice.

Steffan (98) - WALES - AUG 1, 2017
Opens with yeast aroma, large smooth head, yellow colour. Taste has subtle hop opening with some slightly rough grainy malts in the aftertaste. A great beer better drunk in a 1litre stein with two bottles. To appeciate in volume.
