kapusil (1505) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 23, 2017
0.5l bottle. Clear pale yellow body with a huge white head. A simple helles with notes of bread, hay, honey and tiny bit of spicy hops at the end of the sip. Correct session beer that offers everything that you can expect from a helles. Not the best of the Ayinger sortiment, but you don't expect fireworks from this style, right?

Vom Fass at Ayingers Speis und Trank, Munich. Super clear no head or carbonation. Not much aroma either, maybe some faint hop. Light and easy malt forward helles, tiniest bit of bitterness, but almost none really. Simple straightforward bier. You dont expect huge flavor from the style but this one is really nice.

Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, straw and slightest hints of citrus. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and traces of citrus, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Steffan (113) - WALES - AUG 1, 2017
Opens with yeast aroma, large smooth head, yellow colour. Taste has subtle hop opening with some slightly rough grainy malts in the aftertaste. A great beer better drunk in a 1litre stein with two bottles. To appeciate in volume.
