Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 9, 2012
bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Malty base with a nice yeasty touch and good aromatic hops that add a grassy-resiny touch.

DuffMan (10751) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 2, 2012
Bottle, Dec 1 Beer Advent Calendar. Cloudy bright yellow with a dense pillowy head that retains beautifully. Aroma is bread with light yeast esters. Soft and creamy, sweet and bread, with a lovely subtle yeast signature. Finish has a bit of tartness. The only flaw was a faint boxboard note in the finish, from early oxidation. An excellent kellerbier, and a great way to kick off advent!

pintbypint (3922) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 2, 2012
330ml brown bottle from Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Bright yellow pour, hazy. Nice white whipped foam on top. Nose has bready malt, light yeast and lemon. Taste has bready malt, grain, light yeast. Finishes with light grassy notes, dryish yeast, very subtle bitterness. Medium body, spritzy carbonation. A nice kellerbier, very drinkable.

RumRunner101 (918) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 1, 2012
Pours a hazy straw with white head. Aroma is dough, cereals, lemon, straw. Flavour is grainy with some citrus, yeast, banana. Actually, a good amount of flavour.

WheatKing (1351) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - DEC 1, 2012
Advent Calendar #1. Here we go! Straw aroma, taste is sweet, finish is dry at first, then lingering sweetness. Lemon and malt. Simple goodness.

I find this beer to be fairly light and refreshing, with no real aftertaste. Overall, I quite enjoyed it.

andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 1, 2012
Pours a cloudy straw yellow colour with decent white head leaving a small ring of white head after a few minutes. Aromas of grass, fruit, yeast. Flavours of yeast, citrus bitterness, and a light malt profile. Pretty tasy.

3.1
CapFlu (5132) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 1, 2012
(0,33 ltr) First day of the advent calendar. Pours a creamy white head that settles to a thin film atop a cloudy yellow body. Nose of spiced bread. Mellow malt body gives way to a slight citrus. Okay.

3.5
Reimer96 (1778) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 1, 2012
Pours a strawy golden color with a small white head and no lace. Aroma is grassy, lemon citrus and some sweet malts. Taste is lemon bitterness with some yeast and cereal flavor. First beer of this style I’ve head but it’s really tasty.

3.4

Door #1 2012 The Craft BeerAdvent Calendar (now known as CBAC). Yellow with a light head. Good earthy Grain flavour. A hint of yeast in the nose.
