bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2010
(500ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a small, quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of grain, lemon, herbs, and grass. Flavor of lemon, dough, and light florals with a moderately bitter finish.

Skinnyviking (9570) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 5, 2010
Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy yellow body. Hay straw malt aroma, dry and dusty. Highly carbonated malt grass hops flavor with a touch of lemon and a fair amount of bitterness. Long aftertaste.

kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - AUG 26, 2010
The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Quite zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, quite fruity like apricot. Finish with notes of cinnamon, still yeasty, not too dry. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. A good one!

ogreface (1390) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 24, 2010

thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 15, 2010
(.5L bottle dated 06-10 thanks to Sammer) clearish yellow with a film of white oily bubbles. Nose of sugar, light fruit, sweet grain, and golden raisins. Taste of golden raisins, mild alcohol, biscuit/cracker, with an oily finish that is slightly dry.

bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, clear yellow gold with a grainy dry fruit aroma, flavor is similar with some grassy herbs

hirigalzkar (3164) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 13, 2010
Bottle. Pours yellow, slightly hazy with a small white head. Clean maltiness with hints of berries (red currants) and fruit. The taste has the same qualties as the aroma, with a small bitterness in the end. Well balanced, and complex for a lager beer. I just love how Ayinger handles the malt!

Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 11, 2010
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is wheat, grass and earthy hops. The flavor has a lot of strong grain notes to it with some wheat and earthy hops mixed in. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Nellie (349) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 11, 2010
Thanks Sammer! Wheat and citrus flavors with golden raisins. This one’s a keeper.
