Maakun (4928) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 11, 2017
Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear light golden with white head. Light bready, cashews, dry grains, soft yeasty and light grass in the finish. Somehow the aroma is quite dry, though the taste is almost medium sweet. Soft bitterness in the finish. Under medium bodied with a bit creamy feel.

Intense grain and cereal malts, bread, caramel. Slightly hazy, medium, frothy, white head. Light sweet. More creamy grain and cereal malts, bread, light biscuit, caramel, some floral bitterness coming up, soft carbonation, medium bodied, bitter finish. Decent Kellerbier, yet nothing extraordinary. Bottle from Utobeer, Borough.

Saeglopur (2007) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - FEB 11, 2017
Draught at Ayinger Braustberl, Aying.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a big, frothy, rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of flowers, bread, cereals, honey, some hay.
Tastes quite similar, with even more smooth bready notes.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes smooth, bready, floral, hoppy, a bit sweet.

Very nice. Perfectly balanced and very smooth, with lovely bready notes throughout. Just how I want this style, extremely quaffable.
