Draught at Ayinger Spies und Trank. Pours cloudy yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is moderate yeast notes, corny Pils malt and a light earthiness. Flavor is crisp and sweet corny Pils malt, yeast notes, light spicy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.
