We brew Leichte Bräu -Weisse with the same high quality malt and hops as we use in Ayinger Bräu Weiss, just less of them. Our goal is to brew a beer with the delicious fruity wheat beer taste and low alcohol.

BeerBaboon (2114) - FINLAND - NOV 8, 2010
0,5l bottle. Hazy orange weizen with plenty of frothy head. Fruity aroma. Perhaps a mixture of banana and lemon. Flavour is wheat and a little bit of citrus. Despite of high carbonation it is somewhat watery and comes out as thin. A tad vegetably but that might be because it’s watery. Definitely not one of the best weizens out there but gets the job done if you are thirsty.

Archibaldo de la Cruz (1120) - FINLAND - OCT 17, 2010
50cl bottle. Hazy yellow/orange colour with a good white head. Lots of banana in the aroma with hints of wheat and malt. Flavour is malt, wheat, banana and yeast. Refreshing but a bit too thin and watery.

liinis (1774) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 5, 2010
too light. it is like a raw unfinished beer .. like a sample taken in the middle of the brewing process.. well not that bad but anyway

lusikka (7819) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 1, 2010
500 ml bottle.
Pours a slightly hazy orange colour with a medium-sized foamy head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and acetone. Flavour of mild wheat, citrus and spices. Medium bodied, slick/oily mouthfeel. Pretty good for a 3,2% ABV brew.

dwyerpg (6285) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - SEP 17, 2010
Doesn’t smell nice but looks real great. The flavor on this is lightly of wheat, lightly of banana and lightly of goodness. Just a half version of a real hefe in every way.

yespr (46530) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 19, 2010
From bottle at the location in München. Pours hazy orange with a huge and white head. Aroma is classic wheaty and fruity. Flavour is the same. Estery, slight malty, bubblegum and banana. Ends dry and slight bitter.

Hermod (8110) - Vantaa, FINLAND - MAY 11, 2010
50cl bottle. Poured hazy, orange color with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is wheat and malt mostly. Flavor sweetish wheat, some banana, and hint of hops in the finish. Sediments. Too watery, but quite refreshing.

rosenbergh (11653) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 7, 2010
500 ml bottle. Finland.
Hazy orange yellow colour with big off-white head. Malt, wheat, caramel, banana and rubber in aroma. Flavour is sweet caramel, banana, wheat, malt, some hops and paper. Unfortunately it’s quite thin and watery.

MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 16, 2009
Bottle, 3.2%. Cloudy dark amber colour. Big stable off-hite head. The flavour is mildly caramelly. Quite weak. Not the best Leichte Weisse I have had.

shrubber85 (11506) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 12, 2009
Bottle. Apple juice, peach. wheat and yeast aroma. Cloudy brown-orange color with large fluffy head. Sweet-sour wheat malt flavor primarily with hints of banana, apple and clove. Moderate carbonation - not bad for a light Hefe.
