Danke an sinh4. Hellmalziger Antrunk mit leichter Süße. Deutlich getreidig, süffig, zunehmend dunkel. Karamellig und hellmalzig bleibend, rund, eher geringe Karbonisierung. Nett. 11/9/9/11/10/11

Best Maibock I ever had. Too bad can't get it here anymore. It is malty and clean. Ayinger really makes a great bier. The standard to judge other Maibocks . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden color, white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of cookies and sweet malts. Flavor with slightly sweetness, marzipan notes. Alcoholic final.

Color dorado, translúcido, con capa de espuma blanca de cuatro dedos de grosor (muy buena retención). Carbonatación media. Mucho cuerpo. Aroma a malta, cereal, lúpulo muy lejano, entre dulce y amargo. No demasiado expresivo y algo típico. Sabor entre dulce y amargo, con mucha malta, caramelo, pan, cereal. Postgusto algo básico y metálico de inicio. Normalita. No es mi estilo.

pivnizub (10811) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - JUL 12, 2017
Bottle: Clear, golden to deep golden, slowly collapsing loose white head; sweetish malty and bisquity nose , leafy hops in the background; moderate to robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, soft; solid honeyish-bisquity finish with some balancing leafy hops and a dash of well hidden warming alcohol. Such a good beer deserves even more good aromatic hops...

Erős mégis könnyen iható. Van benn anyag az biztos, szinte harapni lehet, csak bele ne törjön az ember bálnabajsza.

Tap @ Hops & Dreams, Seville, Spain. Golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma is malt, grain, hints of citrus. Taste is malt, bread, sweet. Medium to full body, average to soft carbonation.

Half litre bottle, poured into pint glass. A: Golden, clear, medium sized head, decent retention. S: Floural noble hops which gave way to honey. T: Malt forward, hints of apple, which gave way to a slight boozy burn. M: Moderate carbonation, medium to slightly heavy body. O: Not bursting with flavour, but subtle. Less boozy than other Maibocks.

Zlotta (3822) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JUN 29, 2017
On tap at ’Brouwersplaats’ at 7.5% abv. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly floral and a bit grassy aroma of honey, some caramel and hints of straw. Very sweet, malty, quite floral and a little grassy taste of lots of honey, caramel, and traces of straw, followed by a short, sticky-sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Nice one, still a dull style though.
