Smooth. Malty. Good flavors. A little heavy on my stomach. Slight floral hop flavor and aroma. I'd drink this again. jh773 (307) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 26, 2015
Golden tan color, thin head. Smell is fresh, fruity, a little nutty, oily, clean fruit and hops. Taste is spicy, pumpkin, a little sweet, crisp, refreshing, savory in a vegetabley way. Long sparkling finish. Excellent for any occasion or any reason. dalepryor (305) - Paducah, Kentucky, USA - SEP 13, 2009
now this is what an oktoberfest should taste like! it has the right amount of everything. by far my top choice Gmku (303) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 28, 2005
For all its rep, this didn’t impress me as much as other German Oktobers. Not sure why. Didn’t feel as rich, perhaps. It’s fairly sweet and nicely hopped, but the boddy seems light to me. invalid (302) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 30, 2006
Copper color, almost amber. Smells sweet, not much head. Tastes sweet and some bisciut in there.

Poured copper with puffy white head. Aroma is bready. Taste is sweet and biscuity with floral hops. Nicely balanced. Very nice. tedovertu (302) - Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA - SEP 21, 2008
Medium yellow amber color with large head. Decent mix of hops and malts. Good mouth feel. Newk (299) - - OCT 26, 2011
poured from a 500mL into a stein. Pours a solid orange color with a decent head
very good and classic oktoberfest aromas of malts, grains, and a bit of spice along with blood oranges
medium bodied with a good feel, but one that is lacking a bit on the mid-palate. Very malt based with some blood oranges
I’m a real fan of this oktoberfest. One of my favorite oktoberfest beers. Well balanced and brings everything that an oktoberfest beer should demdeac40 (299) - Etowah, North Carolina, USA - SEP 16, 2007
This pours a beautiful amber color with a big creamy head. Nice carbonation. The nose is malty and floral. Nice mouthfeel where you can taste the malt but a great balance is maintained throughout. I look forward to this beer every year. K-V-F-L (292) - LaVista, Nebraska, USA - OCT 16, 2001
Very good representation of the style. Chewy; would be much better on tap, as the syrupiness overpowers by the last sip of the bottle. Rating is based primarily on taste rather than drinkability.
