COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. Its medium to big body and alcohol is not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.

Bottle to start the Oktober Fest season! A Marzen that is somewhat leaning to a reddish amber brown hue in color. Slight sweet malt on the tongue and palate; the same on the nose and in aroma. A softer balanced body, medium in substance and alcohol content. A fine product.

Aroma is malty and nutty. Flavor is nutty, smooth, creamy malt. Slightly bitter to add balance. Good Oktoberfest.

Poured amber in color with a creamy, off-white head that settle to a thin cover and left light lacing. The aroma was of caramel, spices, and a light roast. The flavor found chocolate and spices. Light body with a malty aftertaste.

Big malty aroma, hint of banana on the nose. Nice golden amber, with a head that peters out after a couple of sips. Medium bodied, a slight touch of alcohol, texture is sticky on the tongue, and the perfect carbonation adds a soft coating to the mouth. Big on malt, slight bitterness, finish is clean on the dry end. Very easy to drink, yet extremely enjoyable.

Slightly ruby redish color, very good carbonation. Very malty, and lightly sweet aroma. Dry, mildly bready flavor, good mild bitterness. I agree with the herbal notes others have mentioned as well.
