COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The dry bitterness of classic pilsner makes this a perfect, pre-dinner drink. Although we borrowed the style from Bohemia, our pils is classsic Bavarian, made partially with barley we grow ourselves, a blend of fresh Hallertau and Tetnang hops and our unique St. Andreas mineral water. The vivacious color is reflective of the barley fields that surround our brewery. The head is light and thick and leaves a beautiful Bavarian lace on the empty glass. . In the mouth, our pils achives balance and roundness, without the hops overpowering the fruitiness of the malt.

Taps clear topaz with a porcelain head. Aroma features sweet pomme and tropical fruit plus fresh malt. Flavor echoes the aroma while adding some woody hops. Mouthfeel offers fair body, lively fizz, and a malty and woody hop finish. A zinger from Ayinger.

Crackery, biscuity Teutonic goodness. Some Pilsner malts creep up towards the finish and fade away against the cascading Noble hop spiciness. Very drinkable and fresh, as can be expected with any German Pils. This is not in the top tier of German Pils but it is certainly in the next one down. Enjoy in multiples.

Bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of crackers, yeast and some grain. Taste is bead, cracker, honey and grains

oobawa (1789) - Tennessee, USA - OCT 11, 2017
Fine traditional pils, crisp and clean with a subtle cereal sweetness mixing with cracker malts and slight hints of bread and lemon. Noble hops provide a floral bitterness on the back end, while the finish grows a lingering minerality. Pours a straw yellow with a modest white head and slight lacing. Unexpected honey sweetness on the nose, closer to an ale than a pils. Sparkling texture grows full and frothy on the palate. Highly drinkable.

0.33l bottle. Clear yellow body with a nice white head. The aroma is quite sulfuric. I checked the BBF date and there's still almost half a year until it. Anyways there are also some grains, hay and honey besides that in the aroma. Luckily the taste doesn't have any disturbing character. The bread and hay can be noticed first followed by some earthy and floral hops. Very easy to drink. I have to revisit this in the future to know how is it like without this sulfuric off-aroma, because otherwise it's great.

Clear light golden hue with a thick foamy white head. Dry bready Germanic blonde nose with a kiss of noble earthy hops. Smooth crisp and dryish flavor that's a bit crackery lagery and slightly dusty, and smooth finishing. Clean and crisp but a bit average.

Vom Fass at Ayingers Speis und Trank, Munich. Very pale yella healthy carbonation. Aroma is sadly a bit vacant. German style pils, nice dry bitterness from that Hallertau. Comparable to Radeberger and those guys. Tasty anyways, but sorta same old same old.
