COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The dry bitterness of classic pilsner makes this a perfect, pre-dinner drink. Although we borrowed the style from Bohemia, our pils is classsic Bavarian, made partially with barley we grow ourselves, a blend of fresh Hallertau and Tetnang hops and our unique St. Andreas mineral water. The vivacious color is reflective of the barley fields that surround our brewery. The head is light and thick and leaves a beautiful Bavarian lace on the empty glass. . In the mouth, our pils achives balance and roundness, without the hops overpowering the fruitiness of the malt.

Pale yellow color with a foam ring. The smell is very typical for a pils. The taste is malty with a pils like tartish bitterness and a light dry aftertaste.

Pils beer, fresh with aromas interesting point. But for me too simple. A beer that takes proper thirst. Simple, perhaps too much.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2016 It is a good pils. We feel the hop and the beer is not heavy. The problem is that you say pils and the people say is not a good beer. The colour is yellow but transparent. The carbonation is right. This beer is perfect with a good meal with meat. The taste is well balanced, the last time that I drank this beer, it was when I went in this beautiful village of Aying, the bitterness is just perfect, malt, a bit watery, there is a herbal side typical from this kind of hop. I recommend to the people to go directly to the village, it is more nice than the restaurant in the city, you go there with the S7, it takes 40 minutes.

On tap at Ayinger bar Munich. Now that is a pretty looking beer . Bright gold lasting white head. Peppery hop over an impeccable super drinkable base. Light toast aroma. Finish smacks you upside with lemon pepper hop. Amazingly good. Clean super drinkable. Superb.

Tap at the Trank in Munich. Rather pale to medium gold with a fine, medium head and a few bubbles. Herbal, floral hop nose, crackery malt. Clean, fruity flavor, bready. Crisp hops are very herbal with some lemon. Great prickly hop finish, peppery, spicy, herbal. Perfect soft carbonation and clean body. Snappily bitter, lovely. Only the nose is a bit too restrained.
