This beer pours a cloudy dull yellow with a large white head. No noticeable lacing. The aromas are banana, bubblegum, and clove. The flavors are Bananas, light cloves and some bubblegum. This is a great beer! Cheers!

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2015 Cloudy amber color, huge white and long staying head. Aroma and taste of banana, apples, peach, wheat. Smooth, very fruity and fairly complex. Medium to full body, lively carbonation. Sticky. I love it.

A wonderful, unexpected pleasure. i’m a fan of anything bock, anc was a bit surpriseed to see this one pour a hazt golden color. the head is white and huge. Nose is carmel and malty. The first sip had me thinking WOW. Very rich aroma of bread, yeast, and caramel. No foul aftertaste at all. This is either the heaviest wheat beer or the lightest bock I’ve tried, and one I would gladly try again.

16.9 oz bottle picked up at Mac’s on West Peachtree. Nice looking brew. Murky orange/yellow color with a beautiful fluffy head. Very aromatic brew. Sweet orange, banana, and yeast coming through. Sweet cream and bubblegum as well. Ah such a fucking lovely smelling weizen. A lovely banana and yeast flavor. Citrus orange comes through more in the aroma than in the taste, but still a damn fine beer. Nice extremely creamy, but has an average palate. Very impressed with this offering.

Bottle. Poured a very cloudy darker yellow color with a two finger pillow white head that retained and left lacing on the glass as it went. Aroma was some citrus flavors, along with bacon and wheat. Grass, lemon and a citrusy grapefruit in the flavor. Acidac finish with a hint of caramel and malts. Better than I thought it would be.

Bottle. Pours a very cloudy, hazy deep yellow. Aroma is yeast, bread, and citrus. The taste follows suit with mainly orange as the citrus. Pretty high carbonation with a light, crisp mouthfeel. Very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells bready, banana, spicy. Beautiful beer, extremely fine white head, very cloudy dark yellow pour. Taste is yeasty and bready, medium bodied, some sharpness. Really nice.

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with large, frothy, long-lasting off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast and banana. Flavour is fruity with banana, wheat, yeast and light caramel malt. Smooth and full bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty.

Ayinger Weizenbock (DE) - Weizen Bock - 7.1% - 4.3/5

33 cl bottle i bought over from Aying last summer, BB 11.2015. Cloudy orange color, big creamy and expansive white to yellowish head, persistent. Very perfumed. Classic weizen aroma, lots of fruit and banana, dough, yeast and some citrus in the finish. Thick bready body, relatively soft carbonation. Taste is sweetish, moderately tart, ultra tasty, umami. Dusty aromatic finish. The ABV can’t be felt so high, seems close to the urweizen. Delicious weizenbock, loved it, sadly very hard to find.

Bottle - Beautiful a little to unclear body with an elegant creamy head; Slightly fruity round a little to straight forward nose with a few well hidden nuances; The body is initially very round , a little fatty with a slightly acidy touch; It moves smoothly into a little to discrete finish with lots of aromas, balanced and complex. Well made, true German beer!
