Growler from the source, courtesy of SinH4, many thanks! Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is some sulfur, lots of residual yeast, some lager malts. Body is medium, lots of lager malts, soft carbonation. Great drinking experience, tasty and juicy, light bitterness. A great pleasure!

(growler) hazy pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of dusty pale malts and marzipan, with a touch of powdered sugar, some yeast and grassy hops. flavour is mostly grainy pale malts and popcorn, with some more yeast, a hint of floral hops and a rather minerally light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is some green stuff, grass, citrus, a little grainy hops. Taste is well rouded fresh citric sourness with some fruity sweetness. Slightly sparkly mouthfeel, but with little bubbles. Still easy to drink. Some uncanny citrus pips in the finish, which I dont like that much. Still decent.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2016 Growler from the brewery, many thanks jonas! Hazy yellow color with big frothy white head. Aroma is citrusy, a bit apples, bready malts, juicy, some yeasts. Taste is juicy citrusy, grassy, biscuity, some honey, bready, incredibly balanced and lecker. Low natural carbonation, chewy mouthfeel. Similar to the Jahrhundert from the Holzfass - they?re both masterfully crafted. A beautiful and unpretentious beer. Jonas says this was more sulphuric a few hours ago.

From tank at the Zwicklbertag. Cloudy yellow, frothy white lace. Light sulphuric grassy hop aroma. Sparkly dry body, great bitterhop profile: grassy flowery, apple orchard notes. Crisp malty with a hint fruit and a tad salt. Very very moreish.

On tap in brewery: pours straw like yellow, muddy/haze like weizen, with two fingers stable white head. Aroma: very refresing with intense hop note, which takes on pine, some citruses, florals and spices. Flavor: stable malt backbone, with notes of cake, white bread, supported with intense hop notes. Body is light to medium, carbonation is medium to high, texture is very, very smooth. Very, very drinkable.

Growler(2000ml, freshly filled at the brewery): Pale greenish-golden, hazy, big loose and rocky head, freshly mowed grass, hay, pale malt and traces of bisquits in the nose; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and very soft; lingering grassy-hayish finish with solid malty counterpart. Delicious and very moreish

This is basically the Jahrundert Bier, unfiltered, right off the lagering cask at brewery tour. Delicacy.

Intense Golden color [cloudy] big [enormous] creamy white head, plenty of lacing. Very malty aroma due to relatively high gravity, white bread, floral noble hallertau hops. Cookies in hte beginning leading to a leafy hops bitterness. Taste is well balanced. Body medium to full, an helles couldny be thicker than this. Finish is aromatic, refreshing, hoppy with hints of honey. High carbonation. Smooth, malty, still rather dry, alcohol shows his presence. Excellent hell on steroids.
