Cask at Halfway House. It pours deep red-brown with a thick white head. The nose is toasted brown bread, earth, leather, light caramel/brown sugar, fruit cake and dried fruit. The taste is smooth, toasty, some bitterness, light caramel, wood, brown bread, light spice and dried fruits with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and velvety mouth-feel.
