Very balanced beer with a good malt base and good back end hop note. Abler in color with a medium white head. Aroma is malty and sweet with just enough hops to round it out. A good every day amber that you will not get bored of quickly.

sonnycheeba (6126) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 14, 2017
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2017 Tap. Pours clear amber. Aroma and flavor are pale malt, caramel, honey, woody notes, and some really bad funky, faintly ashy notes. Medium body.

Draft. Pours clear bright amber with a fizzy off white head and decent lacing. Tastes like toffee malt, toast, some dried fruits, and bitter grapefruit hops. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like toffee malt, toast, some dried fruits, and grapefruit hops.

Big bottle in Chevy Chase, MD. Dark amber body with medium head. Nose is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty. Bottle quite the gusher which may impact my rate. Very prickly taste up front. Spicy and malty flavours. Grassy. Nice finish

ICEatALAMO (1350) - Troy, Michigan, USA - MAY 8, 2013
Bottle. Pour is a golden amber. The aroma is a mix of hops and malt. The taste is a little bland, not much going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A fair beer. No bad off flavors...just oh hum...but...Ambers can be Oh hum. I suppose hot day cold Amber...not too bad. Had at brewery, it was hot and stuffy, so it was not a bad choice.

Amber pour, with off-white head. Caramel, lightly bitter hops, sweet bread, and a bit of citrus. A fairly standard amber.
