Clear bottle with twist off lid. Poured into a glass and surprisingly a chili pepper comes out and floats on the top. Peppery aroma. Slight haze on a clear pale beer. Taste is mostly bubbly chili pepper with a hint of pale lager, then some medium spicy heat sets in. Grab the pepper with your lips and chew it on the next swig, not bad but most of the heat must now be in the beer, very little in the pepper. Nifty beer rating experience, probably a copy cat of cave creek beer. I think they are made by the same company cerveceria mexacana but different breweries. I gave cave creek a 3.4, very similar from what I recall. ogre71 (359) - Utah, USA - JUL 7, 2016

12oz...stale dated bottle. The serrano in the bottle is the star of the show in an otherwise standard cerveza. Mucho caliente. ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - SEP 2, 2015
A nice spicy chili beer poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The color is a clear golden yellow with little carbonation. Has a great spicy flavor. I really enjoy chili beers. A pretty good offering. Chudwick (3314) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - AUG 4, 2015
Bottle with pepper in it. Nose is spicy hot sauce. Nice heat. Hotter than I expected. So far this is just heat. Would be nice to cook with. In no hurry to chug it.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a creamy white head and a one inch (or so) green chili. My but the aroma is rather strong chili.Med minus body. The flavor is pretty decent, and not at all weak chili. Serrano seems to be a bit earthier than jalapeno. And that seems about all that should be said. Chili. Drank from a pilsner glass poured from a twelve ounce bottle. A good chile beer, I thought it was alot spicer than a serrano chile. Definitey a good beer! kerenmk (5028) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - NOV 4, 2014
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond.Hazy gold with pepper inside, white head and bubbles. Serano pepper in brine in the nose, followed by sweet fruitiness and a little bread. Hot and peppery sensation in the mouth that conceals cheap lager that’s mildly bitter. Light body and not in the throat. rayaron (1927) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - OCT 27, 2014
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond, Tel Aviv. Clear yellow with no head, with a green pepper in the glass... Aroma of chili, sour olives, herbs. Flavor is lager-ish with chili which itches the tongue, pickles, spicy, faint malty notes. Light carbonation, light body. Quite hot in the tongue and the throat. Beerdedone (3441) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2014
Bottle. Pours golden yellow with a floating pepper on top. Aroma of chili peppers. Flavor was hot chili peppers, pale malts, green vegetables and had a nice satisfying burn.
