This poured a dark red to purple with a pinkish head. Aroma was of blackberries, light honey and some spice. Flavor similar, more blackberry forward, pushing on the lines of alcopop but refreshing. drcboehm (104) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 19, 2015
Tasted wife’s 12 oz. Glass at the Lodge in Hilton head island. Quite delicious. Made wife happy. Great pick. kaser (6216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 16, 2015
Kind of tastes like grape juice. Pours cranberry reddish color almost black. No head. Very fruity. Aroma of blackberry. I like. Poured from draft at Mellow Mushroom in Alabama - part of a flight. tekneek (1) - - FEB 15, 2015 does not count
Blackberry sets this one off, along with the orange. Very nice wish I could get it locally so I could enjoy it whilst at the house...

Pours clear dark red with no head. Aromas of blackberry, raspberries, honey, some orange peel-like notes, pear cider, apples. Taste is about the same with some more vinous notes.

If you like mulled red wines, spicy ciders, or strong Chai tea, and have never found a beer that really appealed to you, do yourself a damn favor and splurge on this. You?ll be so glad you did.Side Note: Perfect for Halloween parties and World of Darkness LARPs. This looks like prop blood and tastes a lot better. orangesol (987) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Brought this one to Kramers christmas party. Beautiful ruby red color really sets up the amazing aroma. Tons of berries up front with the clove, orange zest and honey sweetness bringing up the rear. Taste is pretty much the same with tons of fresh picked juicy berries and clove dominating with some sugary sweetness rounding it all out. Overall one of the better national releases from these guys. I will have to grab a few more next time. Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - JAN 12, 2015
Clear red colour, slight white rim. Aroma of honey, blackberry, spices, vanilla hints. Flavour honey, cloves, quite fruity. Finish honey, orange peel, spices. Nice.
