Very balanced cider. Colour was a beautiful cherry red. Nose had nice sweet and tart mix, cranberry and orange zest definitely apparent. Flavour follows the nose. Very well done! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. Light ruby with small head. Quite tart with plenty of cranberry. Light apple with mild citrus notes. Nice tart cider, would like a bit more depth, but very solid as-is.

Bottle @ Haket. Pours clear reddish deep golden with a small sparkling offwhite head that doesn’t leave any trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with a nice mix of sweet mealy red apples and sour green apples, red berries (cranberries), minerals and orange peal. Taste is tiny sweet, sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, dry, tart, berry skin astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour with sour green apples, cranberries, minerals, leather and orange peal. Tasty simple fruity cider with a suiting acidity.

Poured a light reddish color with aromas of light booze, cranberries, light bitter orange peel and some light apples. Flavors match the aromas decent cranberry and orange zest flavors come through would be a good cider to drink with the Thanksgiving meal.

Bottle from the brewery - pours fizzy pink, no head. Strong on the cranberry, but not too tart. I’m not getting much of the Orange. Tasty!

Bottle from taproom. Pours light red. Has a bit of cranberry on the nose. Solid cranberry notes on the tongue. Not getting much of the orange peel. Solid tartness on the finish which pairs nicely with the cider. Not bad.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark ruby amber color with a minimal white head that diminished slowly with good legs. Moderate to heavy aroma of sweet apple and dark fruit. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium apple and berry flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were just met.
