Bottle purchased at the meadery several months back and drank last night. Pours a clear pinkish red color with no head and no legs. Aroma of apple juice and currant. Sweet apple juice flavor with spicy currant accents before pleasantly tart apple finish. Some of that tartness may be coming from the currants as well.
