Wow, what a nice hybrid of a mead. A big thanks to Harold for hooking me up with this one. The color is a slightly yellow/pale greenish tint that looks pleasing. The first whiff I took of this one was interesting. Tons of herbal notes, some lightly dank hops, sweet honey. The aroma is very intriguing. The taste is pretty similar with a light citrus note, some herbal/floral hops, sweet honey, and a very clean finish. The low abv makes this one even better, as in, I could drink these all day...and I would! Anywho, a great idea that was executed well. Props, again, to B. Nektar.

This is such a unique beverage, I’m surprised it doesn’t have it’s own category. It smells like a sparkling moscato, tastes like a honey/lime soda and finishes like a thin IPA. Not too complex, light sweetness and fun to drink. Cheers my friend!!!

Half liter bottle. Pours a VERY pale yellow color with a medium sized fizzy white head. Fades quickly. Aroma of spicy hops, sweet honey in the background and an almost toasty note. The taste is sweet honey, banana, bitter herbal hop finish. Medium bodied, slight tannins. Interesting, but not really my thing.

Tap. Notes of light bread, moderate amount of herbs and pine for the hops, light sweaty pussy and cheese for the yeast, with white wine in the background. Head is small, fizzy/frothy, white with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is pale bile yellow. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, slick in texture and has a soft carbonation. Hard to describe, very unique, smells kind of funky and the flavors seem confused.

Knightly Spirits bottle enjoyed at home. Fairly still looking pour that reminds me of weak, green tea. Aroma: a sweet, German Riesling that has hops and honey added to it. Flavor: as you would expect; the honey from the mead and bitterness from hops. Lingering sweetness on your lips from the honey. Pretty cool its only 6 ABV too. Interesting and good.

This is a mead with a bit of hop flavor. No bite or bitterness to speak of, but a strange twinge of hop aftertaste. Wouldn't go for it again, but fun to try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

My first of the style. Almost clear, like a chardonnay. Palate like a sweet wine. Interesting; enjoyable.

Thanks to Dosbeerigos for sharing. Super clean pour, almost water like. Aroma was sweet with slight hints of hops and malts. Flavor was mostly sweet with a slight hoppy bitter finish. Very interesting intriguing beer/mead.

Bottle from World of Beer in Tampa Palms. Clear pale yellow pour with a small, short lived head. Honey sweetness in the nose with a touch of savory Saison notes. Flavor is odd at first, but interesting and them intriguing as it warms. This one kept getting better as the flavors opened up. Unique take on a mead.
