Greenish yellow body, very fizzy at first with a thin white bubble but quickly disappears. Citric, lemonade, herbal and soapy. Interesting. Funny taste challenge with sharp but moderate sour notes, melony sweetness and a herbal bitterness. Not balanced a t at but rather throwing your taste buds around. I think I like it, although I wouldnt have it any day. Totally different from the other means Ive tried. Fun brew. (50cl bottle on Florida trip)

9/9/12. 500mL bottle. Almost clear, slight yellowish tinge, pour with no head and no legs/tears. Light sweet honey on the aroma with citrus, hops, bitterness, and a certain cleaner aspect... almost like a cheap lemon lime soda but not as sweet. Light sweetness and a surprising hop bitterness with another somewhat medicinal aspect alongside the citrus and honey. This again reminds me of Sprite or something. My wife says it smells and tastes like some product ladies use to remove hair... dunno.

Going in the right direction. Pale golden pour with a fizzy 1 cm white head. Smell is floral honey with some dank hoppiness. Honey still dominates the flavor, mild bitterness, the hops are slightly citrusy. There is a slight flavor of cherry.

Bottle. Pours yellow. Nose/taste of fresh tropical fruit, hops, watermelon bubblegum, honeycomb, light pine and citrus hops. Light on the palate. Lots of fresh hop.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2012 Bottle courtesy of Vinny. Such a weird beverage. Pours a clear white body. White walls. Aroma is strange rubber but not offensive, fresh tropical hops and flowers. Mouthfeel is slick with notes of pine and citic hop, booze and flowers. One of the most unique beverages Ive ever ex

Bottle, holy shit an ipa style mead, this one is right up my alley. Pours a white wine shade with thin clearish white head that disappeared within a minute or so. Aromas are pure citrus ipa at first, mostly pineapple, grapefruit, peach, and melons, other scents of honey. The floral honey comes out more in the taste but there is still an insane hop presence. Smaller notes of apple skins and lavender. As it warmed the two of them started working in perfect harmony. Artwork is great as well with an evil dr ipa mad scientist on the label. Another gem from b nektar.

I did not care for this mead in the least. Aroma was very floral in a potporri kind of way. Heavy spruce adds to the flowers. Taste is too sweet and floral without a balancing hop bitterness that I was expecting. Not a fan at all.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2013 Poured from bottle into a tulip glass with no head. After all, its not a beer. Color is very light and slightly cloudy, almost like that of a Berliner Weiss. Aroma is amazing with the scent of sweet honey and hops. Taste is very unique with sweetness most present in a pleasant way from the honey then this light hop bitterness unfolds and lingers on the back of the tongue and roof of the mouth. In my opinion an excellent creation that was crafted with a fine hand to achieve something so different that had me comin back for more. Now if I could only find more bottles of this from somewhere...

Pours a pale green with barely any head, no legs at all. Smells like champagne, and hints of some tropical fruit, mostly pineapple. Odd flavor, like a less carbonated and sweeter IPA, the hops leave an odd slight bitter grapefruit finish after the attack of honey sweetness. B.nektar making interesting meads as always
