Bottle from Wine Seller, Williamsburg, VA. Poured clear cider colored with minimal head. Nose was mild honey, apples, mango, some spicy hints. Tasted medium to light on the palate, with notes of fruit including mango and white grapes and mild hops and spice. 574deadzone (1419) - North Central, Indiana, USA - JUL 29, 2013
Pours a very light golden with almost a greenish tint, and a big head for a mead, because I poured it really hard. It has settled to a white ring. Nose involves fresh evergreen and grassy hop notes, some lime and lemon citrus, orange marmalade, and light honey. Pretty sweet, fairly tart, maybe a pinch bitter but that’s it. Light bodied, actively carbed, refreshing, somewhat oily, with a lingering tart finish. I think this is pretty cool. I really enjoy the green nose and the refreshing body. I don’t know if this will bring hardcore IPA and mead fans together, but for me it works as a refreshing, light bodied brew. kevinsenn (2215) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 27, 2013
Bottle from Champane’s. Pours clear and nearly white (like white wine). Aroma of fruity hops and honey. Sweet whtie wine taste, with some honey. Lacking sufficient IBUs to really call this IPA-style. I was really looking forward to an actually hoppy mead, but this didn’t really deliver. Thin body. Fine overall; much like a sweet sparkling white wine. alpha010 (6) - Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2013 does not count
Bottled, no pour. Floral and semi-sweet aroma. Sweet and mildly dry start leads to very floral finish. Think of how dragonfruit are, they start sweet and swallow with a delicate floral taste. Only this doesn’t taste like dragonfruit. Feel is a little thicker than I prefer but still a good choice. shrubber85 (11408) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 26, 2013
Bottle. Honey and orange blossom/peel aroma. Pale yellow color. Honey and orange peel/pollen flavor. Very tasty - really enjoyed this.

Bottle at home. Pours clear pale yellow with a small, fizzy and effervescent white head, no retention or lacing. Aroma is earthy and herbal hops, straw, honey, and mango, pineapple notes. Flavor is honey, light hops and bitterness, fruits, and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. JoePeesie (925) - Long Lake, Illinois, USA - JUL 16, 2013
Drinkable but not great. I was okay with hops and honey, what I didn't care for was the carbonation or the dry mead back flavor. It was an interesting one timer but nothing I need to drink drink again.

Pours very light yellow...almost clear as water. Aroma is grassy/grapefruity...almost boozy champagne too. Flavor is like carbonated grass with a hint of champagne... hints of kiwi. Mouthfeel is light and has mild carbonation...finish is kiwi/grassy. gnoff (10506) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUN 29, 2013

Hazy pear color, small fizzy white head. Hoppy, fruity, vinous scent. Fruity, vinous taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Cidery.
Pours very pale yellow, clear, bubbly, no head....just little white islands.
Aroma is strong... honey, grapefruit, almost a cheesy funk.
Taste is quite sweet, honey, citrus, citronella wax, white grape.
Graduates to a slight, peppery, medicinal bitter.
