2.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a pale golden color thats slightly hazy... as it hits the glass the bubbles shoot to the top and clear it right up. No visible head but a few rising bubbles exist. Aromas are floral honey, pine, citrus and a touch of earthy spice. On the palate this falls apart. Soapy window cleaner flavors develop and mask the hop pungency and honey sweetness immensely. There is some nice glimpses of dank hops and focused sweet honey flavors but they mingle with a bitter messy off flavor that is just a bad combination. I think the hops would have a better effect if they were much more subdued and Im a hop lover... just not coming together in this one.
Pale straw color with a just a few tiny bubbles adrift. A light white wine aroma, with hints of green apple. Sweet start, with plenty of honey and a light green hop presence. A mead, wine and hop mix that isn’t working for me. 4/13

Appearance and aroma of white wine. Delicate Aroma of pear, grape, citrus, and honey, flavor is very sweet and overwrought, heavy on honey, with notes of rice, pear, mandarin orange. Finish is fleeting. tchaos (428) - New York, USA - MAR 21, 2015
500ml bottle. Pours clear Amber with a hint of carbonation. Aroma is Honey and floral. Tastes of botanicals, honey, and spice. I understand why this is a miss for many people, but I enjoy it. orangesol (987) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Not a fan of this one at all. The hops are there but not enough to stop the mead onslaught. I have had much better hopped meads and for the same price as their other offings I doubt I would purchase another.

From a bottle. Pours clear pale gold with tiny particles floating around and a thin, fizzy white head. Tastes like light dry honey, white grapes, and dry grassy hops. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like white grapes, grass, and white wine. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 27, 2014

500mL bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a very brief white head. Aroma is sweet: grapes mostly, some floral/grassy notes as well. Light bodied, taste is sweet but not too sweet. Not picking up any hops at all. Finish continues with the sweet theme. Ok, not bad. Dogbrick (13010) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2014
Sample at the DBLDP on 08/31/2014. Pale yellow-gold color with a minimal white head and sparse legs on the glass. Floral and fruity aroma. Medium body with flavors of floral honey, fruit and slight hops. The finish is sweet fruit and grassy hops. Decent overall.
