Had this back at the RBSG 2010 Grand Tasting. Lovely, huge, fruity aroma of peach and a bit of citrus; really big. Sweet-ass but not cloying flavor of honey, licorice. A lovely, refreshing mead. fonefan (51574) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2012

Bottle at cgarvieuk’s Danish Invasion extravaganza. Pale yellow gold pour. Soft elderflower and blossom honey, hint of open alcohol on the nose. Slightly tart apple flavour with spicy honey flavours underneath. Very clean with a nice almost-sherbet character.
