3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
11/17/12. Sampled at Grassroots in Jacksonville, FL. Pours a clear light gold/pale yellow color. One of their more "standard" offerings for sure, not that there is anything wrong with that. Light floral, honey, and slight alcohol aroma with a flavor to match it. Again, it’s nothing crazy, but it’s a plain, sweet, honey wine, and there’s really nothing wrong with that.
Bottle sample shared by Tmoney99 from backlog notes. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a few random bubbles. The aroma and flavor have sweet honey, floral notes, some general fruit character, slight oak notes, vanilla, good in small doses. fonefan (49566) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2017

bottle i bought probably a year ago or two, shared at the Gman tasting because the brothers were there .. . clear pear yellow .. mild bib bubbled head, not much sticks around .. . booze, acetone, honey, boiled honey, and schnapps .. . medium dryness .. slick and boozy, but not hot or sticky .. . a good base i would imagine .. . . i feel that i’m not taken seriously at work, as i apply sunscreen to my bald head during the sales meeting... allmyvinyl (10723) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 6, 2015

Very pale, cheap white wine body and no bubbly head with slick trails of lacing. Nose is a bit petrolly soaked elderlower, bit of a wild crunch and light pepperiness. Thumbs up there after a bit. Kinda soapy floral initial taste, wishy washy floral and no real bite. Carbonation is thinly slick but the mouthfeel doubles up with that boozy burn despite the fact it’s 14%. Finishes clean, slips away and a breezy sweet linger. Solid but not quite in their premier good times vibe. cgarvieuk (24797) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 17, 2015
