Getreidig bitterer Start, weich, geringe Süße. Die Getreidenoten werden zunehmend trockener, ein wenig Hopfen erscheint zu gering. Süffig, geringe Würzigkeit. Alltagsbier. 10/8/9/8/9/8

Hazy yellow-orange, creamy white head. Malty base with nice floral-citrusy hops and a yeasty touch. A little sour.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - MAY 1, 2014
0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Hazy copper color. Aromas of bread, toffee, nuts and scorched bread. Taste of toasted nuts, scorched bread and weird (lactic?) acidity.

500 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a dark hazy orange copper with a white head. Aroma of sour berries, cardboard and grains. Flavour of grains, cardboard, gooseberry bush, yeast, grassy bitterness and sourness. Light bodied and smooth mouthfeel. Dry, yeasty, well carbonated finish. Feels old.

33 cl bottle @ Timo A. BBE 09.05.2014.
Pours clear copper color with a small head. Aroma of fruits, grass, some sourish fruits and yeast. Flavor of fruits, yeast, mild herbal notes and hay. Something’s a bit off, might be a bit contaminated.
