Bottle @ Odense Smagning, 1st Gathering Janaur 2013. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Roast, dark fruit and coffee. Smooth and full bodied. Dry roasted fruity finish.

33cl. Bottle @ Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Pours pitch black with a very small settling creamy brown head and lacings. Nose is at first very dominated by coffee beans and chocolate. Then some vanilla, dark dried fruit and chocolate sneaks in making the nose very complex. Very vinous. Flavor has roasted coffee, fruit and a touch of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth and full bodied. Low carbonation. Lasting end. Delicious!

Tasted on 09.08.15. Trade with Jamedra. Quite intensive aroma of chocolate and coffee ground. Small beige head disappearing to ring. Completely black colour. Intensive roasted and coffee taste with pleasant mouthcoating chocolate sweetness. Long roasted bitter aftertaste. It tastes like coffee stout but is still very enjoyable. December 2016 - Swing top bottle share at Leighton’s. Thanks Fergus! As ’Břevnovský Benedict Russian Imperial Stout’, 2014 vintage. Totally opaque oily thick pour to form a black beer with a small brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, slightly vegetal, paprika salt, brown bread, some Frazzles sweets. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste has more of that paprika vibe, slightly tart red berry, seared red pepper, slightly tart. Not sure it’s entirely meant to be like this but I quite like the flavour. (3.8)

Mostly roasted, chocolate, caramel, Sligthly sour from roasted malts. A bit empty body. Alcohol is well hidden. Roasted bitterness. Roasted Bitter aftertaste. Bottle at Leighton’s place. 8/12/2016. A oily jet black coloured pour with a reluctant tan head. Aroma is soy, meaty, ham, honey, wax, sweet choc. Flavour is composed tart apple, cherry, lacto, dark choc, bitter dark black malts, soy. Palate is tart, moderate carbonation, grape. Tangy little infected. Pitch black with a tan covering that quickly dissipates.
Nose is molasses, orange peel, dark malts, chocolate, spice, toffee, fruit loaf, stewed fruits.
Taste comprises tangy fruits, sweet malt, treacle toffee, a touch harsh, molasses farmyard drip, soy sauce.
Medium + body, fine carbonation, sweet and sour tang in the close.

On tap. Almost black color without head. Aroma - R-malts, hay, coffee, malt. Taste - Bitter, herbal, roasted malts, dark chocolate.
