This easy drinking ale starts with 2- Row Briess Brewers Malt combined Beligan Pils and Vienna malts give a crisp mild sweet malty favor. A combination of Perle and Liberty hops creating a slightly spicy feel with a clean mild aroma makes this Blonde Ale is enjoyable microbrew for everyone.

Pouring at TAP-NY. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft citrus, light crisp grain. Sweet citrus. Soft grain and musk. Light graininess, gentle bitterness on the finish.

The aroma is corn, skunk, waek overall. The apperance is a clear gold. white head. The flavor is corn, skunky. The finish is noble hops. Medium in body. Not good. Much like a bad pale lager.
